Yes. The picnic tables are located directly next to the parking lot and there is a wheelchair accessible trail no more than 200 ft long which accesses the waterfall. Bathrooms are pit toilets but they are designed to be accessible and are located on flat ground next to the parking lot. Across the road is the South Fork of Kings River and there are plenty of nice turn outs that are wheelchair friendly.
